This fundamental screen looks for stocks with high earnings per share (EPS) value.

Screen Rules:
- Industry average EPS for the stock is positive
- Industry average EPS only includes stocks with a price higher than 2
- EPS of the stock is at least 6 times higher than the industry average EPS

The earnings per share or EPS data can be retrieved using the following fundamental data downloader: Valuation ratios for US stocks.
The industry average EPS is calculated using the "Composite" function. The data is filtered using the "close > 2" rule and it is grouped using the function "industry()".
If there are no industry names associated with your symbols, then use Update the Industry Name of your U.S. Stocks or Industry and Sector Information for the US Stock Market to fix this.

After the screen is executed, the following columns are displayed:
- Symbol: Stock ticker name
- Close price: The close price at screen date
- Earnings per share: The EPS of the corresponding stock
- Industry average EPS: The average EPS of the company's industry
- Industry name: Tthe industry the company belongs to.

The screen can be updated to include the EPS of the next year or the next 5 years instead of the EPS of the current year.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
