Known as the MSM, the Muscat Securities Market is located in Muscat and is the main exchange in Oman. It was established on 21 June 1988 by a Royal Decree.
The stock exchange lists more than 120 companies from different sectors (The major sectors are Banks and investment, Industry and Services).

This download item gets one year of historical EOD data for all stocks listed in the MSM. It also downloads the stocks ticker names as well as their full names.

The item also gets data for four major indices: Banking & Investment Index (MSM.34), Industrial Index (MSM.37), Services & Insurance Index (MSM.38) and Muscat Securities Market Index (MSM).
The Muscat Securities Market Index, also known as MSM-30 Index, was established in 1992 and its base date is June 1990. It is a benchmark for investors and traders and it measures the performance of the 30 most liquid companies of the Muscat Securities Market.
