Inserting today's date in Downloader field?

How can I get the Downloader to insert today's date in the "To" field on the page linked below?

I'm guessing I have to write a script but unfortunately my knowledge is still quite limited (but improving) and if someone can help me on the way I would really appreciate it!

Hi,

To get this STIBOR data, you won't need a script.

Simply replace "today" by "[Y]-[M2]-[D2]".
You can also replace the start date by "[2Y]-[2M2]-[2D2]".

2M -> Start Date Month
M > End Date Month

2M2 -> Start Date Month (Use two digits. Example: 01 for January, instead of 1)
M2 -> End Date Month (Use two digits)
