                                                   Quantshare Hangs Up

While using The software keeps hanging up on me. I had a graph on display then tried to select a different symbol from the drop down list. The symbol does not exist and the software froze. If I exit quantshare and sign back in, it goes back to same screen and hangs up. No graph displays, the screen is blank except for list of ticket symbols to the left. Please help.

Please delete the following file then restart QS
c:\program files\ctrading\quantshare\database\Default\Default.xml

If you still have issues, please contact support by email
