As I'm making good use of the Symbols View (Symbol -> Symbols View), I've found a simple enhancement which would significantly improve my workflow.

As I am going through and evaluating a number of symbols, many times I find myself wanting to add the current symbol into a Symbol Filter. So what I have to do is to highlight the name of the current symbol (in the symbol entry box), hit control-c to copy it to the clipboard, then right-click on the symbol filter name in the Symbols View window, and then right-click on "Add Symbols from Clipboard".

If I could simply right-click on the name of the Symbol Filter in the Symbols View window, then select "add currently active symbol" to do the same, it would be much appreciated.

Severity: none
Priority: low
Difficulty: low (assumed)

Thanks,
Josh McCormick

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
