Hello,

How can I screen on Quaterly revenue growth and TTM revenue growth?

I couldn't find TTM revenue growth in any downloader. Can someone help?

I could find Quaterly revenue growth in the finviz downloader but when I try to use :

getdata('finviz','sales_growth_qtr_qtr',LastData);

I get an error message 'Non numérique' (not a numerical value).

Can someone help?

Regards,
Olivier

Hi Oliver,

Please check the following downloader Morningstar Historical Fundamentals.

Regarding the "getdata" function, please make sure that the field name is correct 'sales_growth_qtr_qtr'.
If you are still getting "Non numérique" then this probably means that there is no data for the analyzed symbol. Please check "Data -> Database Editor" to verify that.

Hi,

The Mornigstar database does not have the fields I am looking for.

I can see the data in the finviz database. However I have the "non numerique" error when I plot them in a chart or i try to get them in the screener. May be the data is consider as a text data. What function can I use to convert it into a numeric?

In "Data -> Edit databases", I select the custom database (finviz_data) and I can see that the data is present there for most U.S. stocks.

In fact you are getting "NaN" values when plotting the data because the data is associated with the "Today" and you probably do not have quotes yet for that date. You can plot the data now and you will probably see values (Make sure your quotes database is up-to-date).

It is also possible to update the downloader so that fundamental items are associated with yesterday's data instead of today. Let me know if you want to do that.

I can see the data sales_growth_qtr_qtr I am looking for now on stocks that have today's quote.

I could not find revenue growth TTM vs TTM in the finviz downloader although the information is available in finviz. The information is also available for industryy and sector. Can you provide an updated version of the finviz dowloader with these information? I am also interested in other financial ratios like P/S, P/CF for stocks and their industry.
