How do I use version 3.42 with custom data?

Hello all!

I purchased the lifetime license awhile back and was under the impression, I'd have a functional piece of software for life.

Unfortunately, I can't get any of the data or charts to update as of this time (not even Yahoo Data, which is free).

I want to pull data via Quandl. Does my version not support doing this?

P.S. I 'd eventually like to update, but as of this time, you don't support strategy decay or custom charts, maybe for version 4.0?

Hello Ben,

The easiest way to install the default downloader is to select "Symbol -> Auto Manage Symbols". Check the exchanges you want to track, click on "Save". This will add new symbols and install new downloaders.

Note that the Yahoo, Alphavantage and many other downloaders are working.

You need to install the downloaders and run them from "Download -> Download Manager".

Finally, please tell me what exactly you mean by "strategy decay" and "custom charts"?
