I'm experimenting with creating custom functions regarding dividend distributions, and I've hit a roadblock:

What is a VectorR, and what type of vector is it? Is it a date/time vector? Then, how is cFunctions.GetCustomDatabaseRawData used? What does its result look like, and how can it be used with all the other time series being adjusted to the current symbol's data.

Thanks.

Unlike the other vectors, this one is not adjusted to the current symbol's data.
All other vectors will have the same length as the symbol's data (close price for example). This one will get store all data retrieved from "GetCustomDatabaseRawData" function.

The VectorR is a date-time/value vector. Under the script editor click on "Help" to display the VectorR methods/variables.

If you are for example applying the indicator to a daily chart and retrieving data from an intraday database then the VectorR will contain intraday data.
