We can make many items and keep them in different folders using managing catogeries.But default state of folders are open.If it is closed ,we will be able to see
all folders in a screen and open required folder.
"Manage Categories" is used to create, rename and remove categories. If you want to move items from one category to another, simply check the appropriate checkboxes and then click on "Move Items".

I think I failed to convey what I meant by closed folders.I meant closed folders as in explore window.Then we can see all folders of categories and open only required folder making watch list more concise and easy to use without much scrolling.
