Once installation begins an Info Box pops up and says "cannot connect to server." Any ideas?

This means that the installer cannot connect to the server. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Thanks for your response. I have open access to the internet, so that is not an issue. I am still unable to install.

Can you please send me the complete error message
The message should be:
Cannot connect to the server, check your internet connection
"Error message"

Have you tried to reset the connection of your computer or router?
Time ago it happened something similar to me, but I couldn't access the Quantshare web page either (all other internet sites were ok). I assumed the page was down until I could access it from a completely different location. I then turned my router completely off and on again, so it would refresh the connection and IP address.
The problem disappeared after this and the program was able to start normally.
