AND & OR operator may enhance the power of create a trading system.Suppose we want to sell when the close is lower than previous low or when the average lines cross over the or operator will be useful

I think the answer is that '&&' and '||' are supported and so you can do what you describe. If you still have a question, post some of your code here so we can deal with a specific case.

You can also use "And" and "Or" keywords

Example:
buy = rule1 AND rule2;
sell = rule3 OR rule4;
