hi,
I am looking at the staggered entry and exit MM and would like to create a system that enters half the position when

Entry = close>= X bar high

I know how to code that.

If I want my second entry to be triggered when the stock advances 10% from my initial entry,how would I code that,i.e Close>=1.1* Entryprice

Is there an "Average up" money management,or a field that references "Entryprice"

I am trying to code a position that enters half the position on a breakout,the other half when the stock advances by the amount of the Stop on the initial
entry shares..

thanks,

Allan

This can be implemented using the money management script.

Here is a script that can help you implement your strategy:

Is there a function similar to ApplyStop in Amibroker?

ApplyStop( type, mode, amount, exitatstop, volatile = False, ReEntryDelay = 0 )

Would it be the SetSimStop in QS?

SetSimStop(_StopLoss, _Percent, 20, 1)

I dont know how to code the second entry in a staggered entry.I would like to buy the second unit if the close >1.1 x EntryPrice of the first unit..

Is there a way to do this in QS?
