Trading Indicator: Choose function

The coding of this Technical Analysis function required 32 lines.
The indicator name is 'Choose' and it is coded using JScript.Net language.
It has 6 arguments. The different variables are:
index (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Select the variable index
var0 (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Variable 0
var1 (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Variable 1
var2 (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Variable 2
var3 (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Variable 3
var4 (Type: Number - Default Value: 0): Variable 4

Example:
p = Choose(0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0);

Formula to plot the trading indicator on a chart:
Plot(Choose(0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0), "Choose function", colorRed);

Future and Past Bars:
The trading indicator does not use future bars. It requires no old bars.
