This is another historical end-of-day data downloader for the US Stock Market. It works with all companies listed in one of the following exchanges: NYSE, NASDAQ, AMEX, OTCBB, and Pink Sheets.

The item gets the data from the NASDAQ website. You must select a period and a list of ticker symbols and the downloader will get the data and saves it in your quotes database.

There are three periods, you can select one of them: (You should type one of the following periods in the input box under the "Set: 5d or 1m or 10y" tab.
5d: Instructs the trading software to download quotes for the last 5 trading days.
1m: Tells the software to download data for the last 30 days.
10y: Instructs the application to download quotes for the last 10 years.

The main advantage of this EOD data downloader over the yahoo downloader (Historical Stock Market Data) is that quote's value are not rounded up and can have more than 2 decimal places.
Example:
The AAA Energy Inc. company, whose ticker symbol is AAAE, is trading below one dollar. On April 23, 2010, the close price reported by Yahoo is equal to 0.01, while the close price downloaded by this item is equal to 0.0125. You see the difference. Having quotes that are not truncated to the 2 decimal places is really helpful especially for penny stock traders.

The main drawback is that stock quotes are not adjusted for splits and dividends.

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
