Historical EDO quotes for stocks listed on Euronext Lisbon, formerly known as the Lisbon Stock Exchange, are provided by Euronext. The data is available for download in the NYSE Euronext website. The download item requires a list of ticker symbols for Lisbon Stocks that contains the Euronext Code in the Name2 field. For example, EDP RENOVAVEIS, a company whose ticker symbol is EDPR has the following Euronext code: ES0127797019. I have already created and updated a ready to use list of symbols; you can get it here Lisbon Stock Exchange.
The downloader gets the list of ticker symbols you provide and then downloads EOD quotes for each stock given a period (start and end date). The whole process is automatic, you press the start button and the latest EOD data is downloaded for all stocks listed on the Euronext Lisbon. Historical data is adjusted for corporate actions such as dividends and splits and therefore it can be used in charting and backtesting.
