William's %R not graphing properly

I use a methodology that calls for the use of a three period W%R. However at that period the indicator collapses in on itself. The -80,-50, and -20 horizontal lines are indistinguishable.
In looking at a 82 daily bar chart of APPL, the why axis of the indictor goes from -350 to +3000.

I do not know what is wrong.
