GOOD MORNING SUPPORT SYSTEM,
Hello , i tried to post the message to support system but for osme reasons its not forwarding to support, The issue i downloaded the software on my laptop this morning but cannot run it as i get the message that there is already an account associated with this pc (16061)? The laptop is a new HP NOTEBOOK and quantshare has not been downloaded and installed on this machine.
Thanks for your help!
MAY BE MY ANTIVIRUS, I DONT KNOW PLEASE HELP.
