probably not the place to post this but tried to send to support@ three times but it keeps bouncing

hi there,

i downloaded quantshare over the weekend. as the ability to work on different devices is very appealing i downloaded the software on my laptop this morning but cannot run it as i get the message that there is already an account associated with this pc (14532)?? The laptop is a fairly new asus zenbook and surely quantshare has not been downloaded and installed on this machine. Other than that I thought that it was the idea that one would be able to use quantshare with one account on different devices ....? or am i missing something here?

Hi Julius,

We had a problem with our mail server recently. It is fixed now.

Regarding the "account associated " issue, I have just unlocked your account. You can use QuantShare on your laptop now.

GOOD MORNING SUPPORT SYSTEM,

Hello , i tried to post the message to support system but for osme reasons its not forwarding to support, The issue i downloaded the software on my laptop this morning but cannot run it as i get the message that there is already an account associated with this pc (16061)? The laptop is a new HP NOTEBOOK and quantshare has not been downloaded and installed on this machine.
