You can use the CSV Importer tool. (Data -> ASCII Import)

I can tell you exactly how to parse your data if you can post few lines of any file, as well as the file name.

This is not a CSV file.

Here is an example of a CSV file:
02/06/2010;32,22;31,7;32,22;31,26;2555200;0
01/06/2010;31,48;32,09;32,37;31,42;2777600;0
28/05/2010;32,36;32,76;32,85;32,16;2454000;0

Why don't you use the following downloaders to get NSE and BSE data:
NSE Stock Quotes
BSE historical data

Here is the NCDEX historical data downloader
National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange - NCDEX India - Historical Prices
and here is a list of commodity symbols (this list is not necessary because the NCDEX Prices object automatically adds new symbols)
National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange, NCDEX, Commodity Symbols
