                                                   Unable to downlod Hang Seng index historical prices

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to download the historical hang seng stock index price but got "No data available" message using symbol HSI.
I use this symbo in yahoo and able to get the historical prices. Please advice.

The yahoo symbol for the Hang Seng Index is ^HSI

Indices always start with "^"

I try again with ^HSI. It didn't work either. Still return with message "No Data available".

I used ^HSI with Historical Stock Market Data and it works.

I have sent screen dump of my setting to you for reviewing. I just don't know why mine doesn't work. I tried "srishail" one, but didn't work either. I got the symbols, but not able to download the quotes.

bro click on download----download manager----the box popups select major world stock indices-----open selected downloader at the bottem of box- ---start downloading.thats it.
