                                                   Daily data source for today's bar?

I want to place trades on current day (say at 12 noon) based on screens that need today's data (10-15 minute delayed is ok).
Is there a Daily data source that downloads today's current bar (say 10-15 min delayed)? The 'Historical Stock Market Data' provides yesterday's bar when run today.

Some free charting services such as Finviz, TradingView do expose current day's bar (15min delayed)
