I have downloaded and am running 1.8.6 version still at the time of starting it offers to install the latest version"1.8.5"....Am I missing something here

We have had some issues in the 1.8.6 version with 64-bit systems. We are working on it. You can keep the current version or downgrade to 1.8.5. They are almost the same.
