Good day
I'm plotting several symbols against each other using the Compare Asset function in a chart.
But I'm now trying to use a watchlist or Dashboard so that I can see a list of these symbols and their respective comparative values.
I can't seem to get it to work as the Watchlist returns no values. Here is my code for the watchlist. What am I doing incorrectly?

var1 = CompareAssets("AFE;AFX;AGL;AMS;ANG;AQP;ARI;ASR;BIL;EXX;GFI;HAR;IMP;KIO;LON;MND;MNP;NHM;OMN;PAN;RBP;SAP;SGL;SOL","01/01/2015");
addcolumn("Comp",var1);
filter = (var1);

Kind regards
Marius

The "CompareAssets" is supposed to plot a line for each security. It will return nothing when used in a watchlist.

What do you mean by "want to see a list of these symbols and their respective comparative values."?

Why don't you put these symbols as securities in your dynamic watchlist and just display the "close" price using the "AddColumn"?

HI
AS per the CompareAssets definition I want to compare the rate of price change (return) of two or several assets . And I want to see this in a list not only on a graph.

kind regards
M

You can use the pivot table for this. Here is an example:

Instead of the correlation you can compare the rate of return of two different securities
