Good morning,

When creating a watchlist, I add a condition "industry". When double clicking on chose items, only "All" appears. It is not possible to select a specific industry.
I realise that the inability to select an industry also appears in the downloader. (As a way to bypass this bug, I tried to select "symbol info" in the condition. Then enter manually the name of the industry but it also does not work).

Is it normal or is it a bug? Is there a way to create a watchlist with only a specific industry stock?

Regards,
Christophe

Hi Christophe,

You need to specify the industries and associate them with tickers (Symbol -> Categories) or let QuantShare handles them by adding symbols using automatically using (Symbol -> Auto-Manage Symbols)

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
