change in account downloaded item can's see

hi,
when i change account downloaded item like camarila pivot , p.e/pb ratio can not see on chart or in indicator .if i open/ download any new account (BSE) the features of already downloaded(NSE)not seen in new account.so my request is features.indicatores or trading objects which downloaded used to every account not only particular account.
how can i use NSE indice fundamental bcoz it not show any data
