Add Money Management Settings to Reports

Hi. I'd like to propose you guys add the advanced money management settings to the backtest reports. Money management is a big part of returns, and right now the settings that produce those returns (and the names of the related AMM scripts) are not part of the backtest report.

Sure. In short, the backtest report would show the name of each AMM script used + the settings in the screen shots at the links below:
