This bull system is based upon increasing momentum occuring in the direction where the price is above the moving average. The rate of change indicator is used as the momentum indicator. Two sets of moving averages are used to indicate trend. First, the exponential moving average for 10 days must be higher than the simple moving average for 20 days. Second, the simple moving average for 20 days must be higher than the simple moving average for 50 days.
