This EPS Growth object downloads fundamental ratios that are related to EPS or Earnings Per Share growth.
It downloads seven EPS ratios:
Five Year Historical EPS Growth: The first item is the average annualized EPS growth over the last 5 years.
Long-Term Growth Consensus Estimate: This consensus value reflects the projected EPS annualized growth for the next three to five years. It is based on analysts' estimates of the EPS growth for the next three-five years.
Previous percentage Change EPS: This is the annual EPS growth two years ago. It is the last fiscal year earnings per share divided by earnings per share 2 years ago.
Last Year Growth: This is the annual EPS growth for the last fiscal year.
This Year Estimate Growth: Based on EPS consensus, this ratio calculates the expected earnings per share for this fiscal year compared to the previous year EPS.
Percentage Ratio of Q1/Q0: The quarterly earnings growth is the EPS growth rate over the last quarter.
Percentage Ratio of Q1/prior year Q1 Actual Q(-3): The quarterly year over year growth shows the expected EPS growth of the current quarter earnings compared to the same fiscal quarter one year ago.
The data concerns US stocks and it is saved in the "EPS_Growth" database.
EPS estimates data can be downloaded using the Earnings: EPS Estimates item. This object contains the consensus EPS estimate for the last, current and next quarter/year, the number of analysts providing earnings estimates and a measure of estimate uncertainly based on the standard deviation.
