The data contains the open, close, high, low, volume and market capitalization items. The market capitalization is stored in the "open interest" field; it represents the aggregate market capitalization of the stocks that constitute the index. Depending on the index, market cap is calculated in USD (US Dollar) or Russian Ruble.
Yahoo EOD historical quotes item can be used to downloaded historical quotes for the following indices: Russian Trading System Index, Russian Trading System 2 Index, RTS Metals & Mining Index, RTS Industrial Index, RTS Electric Utilities and RTS Finances Index.
In order to use Yahoo EOD historical quotes, you should update the "name1" field of your symbols by adding ".RS" to the symbol name. Example: The symbol name of the RTS Industrial Index is "RTSIN". To use the yahoo downloader, set the "name1" field of this index to "RTSIN.RS".
Historical quotes for stocks listed on the RTS exchange is downloaded by the RTS RU data object. You may also use Russian Stock Market to get the companies that are listed on the RTS exchange.
