Earningswhispers.com is a website that provides earnings guidance and information. Since some time, Earningswhispers.com is making available its earning information and whisper report via RSS. The RSS content contains story headlines and descriptions, as well as the URLs that directly link to the full story on Earningswhispers.com.
This current object downloads the RSS feed of the Whisper Report. The downloaded data is associated with the appropriate tickers and inserted into a custom database "whisper_report" with the following fields:
Date: The story release date
Title: The title of the story
Description: The description of the story
Link: The link to the full story on Earningswhispers.com.

On 12/21/2009, Earningswhispers.com released a new story:
Title: Correction on Hold
Description: The fundamental data suggests a correction is due and the underlying market technicals show weakness, but an ascending triangle ahead of a strong seasonal period suggest we may have to wait.
This story is associated with two tickers RHT (Red Hat) and MU (Micron Technology).
For this story, the downloader parser creates two entries in the database, one for the RHT and another one for MU. This way, each symbol gets the appropriate stories.
